Custom Air Handling Unit Fluid Coils in New England

Air Control Products provides fluid coils in New England. Our Heatcraft® fluid heating and cooling coils are typically used to heat or cool air within a conditioned space. They are parts of a large air handling system or unit and are commonly labeled as an Air Handling Unit (AHU). The heating coils typically have one to four rows of copper tubes and cooling coils, and sometimes up to 12 rows or more, depending on the specific requirements for that application. Our Heatcraft® heat transfer products include various drainable circuiting options, making these coils an excellent solution for most HVACR heat transfer applications. They can be used with water, brines, thermal oils, glycols, or ammonia-based fluid systems.

ACP can design Air Handling Unit (AHU) coils tailored to any client’s specific need. Selections and calculations are easily made using state-of-the-art and user-friendly software tools.
When recommending a coil design, we consider many factors. ACP will work with you to find the best material combination for your application, the environment, and atmospheric conditions where the coil will be installed. Our team will also recommend a frame design according to the installation type, maximum fin area, and required fin protection.
